HealtheConnections & HealthlinkNY Merger Update

As you’ve likely heard, HealthlinkNY and HealtheConnections will be merging into HealtheConnections very soon!

Our technical teams are actively uploading HealthlinkNY data into our portal and we are very close to data migration being 100% complete. In the coming weeks, HealthlinkNY HIE participants will be moving onto the myConnections provider portal and starting to use the same HealtheConnections services our current participants use every day. We are thrilled to welcome them!

Patient Lookup Summary Data Limit is Now 180 Days

myConnections Patient Lookup users will soon be able to see a summary of their patient search results from the past 180 days as the default setting, instead of the current 90 days. As a result, users will now be able to see more data when first accessing a patient’s record with just one click.

If you have any questions about this update, please contact your HIE Community Engagement Specialist.

HealtheConnections Wins First Place for the 2nd Year In a Row!

HealtheConnections team members competed in the Annual Central New York Scrabblemania Tournament on February 1st. All proceeds from the tournament benefited LiteracyCNY, a charity organization that supports adult literacy efforts in Syracuse and the surrounding communities.

Thirty teams competed in the tournament and team HealtheConnections came in first place with a score of 12,668! Way to go, team!

Changes to Break The Glass Access in the myConnections Portal

We are updating our Break The Glass policies within the myConnections portal. In the coming weeks, HealtheConnections will be terminating Break The Glass access for all organizations without a licensed clinician. If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact your Community Engagement Specialist or email us at info@healtheconnections.org.
