Waiver of SHIN-NY Written Consent During COVID-19 Outbreak for Telehealth

NYS DOH is allowing informed, verbal documented consent for telehealth visits in lieu of the current SHIN-NY written consent requirements per 10 NYCRR Part 300. The witnesses can sign an electronic or hard copy of the required consent form on behalf of the telehealth patient.

This webinar is for participants to learn how to use the myConnections portal and ask questions with our seasoned account managers. Typically, once this training is completed, you will be able to submit your user form and receive your login information. Once this training is completed, you can submit your New User Certification and Application to your RHIO Administrator for approval and return to support@healtheconnections.org to set up your account.
