How it Works

If you are a current user transitioning to the new service, your organization will submit a panel of actively managed patients. This allows you to receive real-time encounter alerts, such as admissions, discharges, and transfers, based on that list.

Send your list via encrypted email to our Support team. If you are a Secure Direct Mail user, you can also use that application to send to patientsubscriptions@hiemail.healtheconnections.org.

This subscription model ensures encounter alerts are:
