What happens next?

Now that your new authorized user form has been submitted, here are the next steps:

  1. Once your RHIO Administrator e-signs your form, your account will be set up. Login details will be emailed—check spam folders.
  2. You will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). A cell phone is the easiest method.
  3. The account setup process may take a few days. This process may be delayed if live training is required or an organization is in transition to the new HIE portal.
  4. In the meantime, download required policies and procedures, check out the resources below, and sign up for a live training session!
