What happens next?

Once your RHIO Administrator e-signs your form, we’ll set up your account and email your login information – be sure to check your spam folders.

You will be prompted to set up Multi-factor Authentication. Your cell phone is the easiest method, and you can read the Multi-factor Authentication FAQs for more information about it.

This process can take a few days, especially if your organization requires you to attend a live training webinar. If you have any questions or feel you've made an error on your form, please reach out to your RHIO Administrator or contact us directly at support@healtheconnections.org.
