Review the New Authorized User Process

On August 8th, we launched a new, online authorized user request form. Moving forward, instead of papers or PDF attachments, any user requesting a new HealtheConnections account will use a simple digital form.

New users will fill out and submit their authorized user requests directly through our website, which saves everyone time and reduces the margin for error. Once the web form is filled out and submitted by that new user, you’ll receive an automated email allowing you to review and sign the form digitally.
