Our HIE portal is now fully live and continuously evolving! Users benefit from faster record returns, intuitive navigation, expanded analytics capabilities, and a modern infrastructure designed to support ongoing growth.
This page serves as your go-to reference for portal enhancements and new features. Features that have been completed and are available for use are listed first, followed by planned updates in upcoming releases. Timelines for future enhancements are subject to change as we refine and improve the portal.
Remember, the HealtheConnections team will be working on this portal continuously, including critical upgrades and system enhancements that you may not see. Ordering provider information will be available on printed and downloaded radiology and laboratory reports.
Administrative Reports
Additional in May; ongoing
Additional administrative reports are under development and will be distributed to RHIO Administrator and Audit Contacts as they become available. Guidance will be provided on how to access and complete any related action items, such reviewing and submitting an audit. At this time, no action is required. Should action become necessary, Audit Contacts will be contacted directly with detailed guidance from our team.
Public Health Reports
Additional in May; ongoing
Additional public health reports are under development and will be deployed to provisioned users as they become available. Guidance will be shared with each release.
The following are scheduled to move into the design space by May 2026, where requirements will be finalized and design concepts fully developed. More details will be provided as we approach that time.

Data Reports
Additional roster-based reports are under development and will be deployed to provisioned users as they become available. If you are a myData user that has given us an attribution list within the last year, you will be provisioned for these reports. Guidance will be shared with each release.
Statewide Encounter Alerts Single Sign-On (SSO)
Will allow provisioned users of this service to login once to the HIE Portal and seamlessly transition to alerting platform via a direct link.
Patient Summary (CCD) Downloads
Users will have the ability to download and/or print in a PDF/XML file by date or full record.
Results (formerly myResults)
When laboratory results, radiology reports, or transcribed reports are sent to the HIE and a provider is identified on the report, that provider—or their designed delegate(s)—will be able to view and download the report. In the interim, this clinical information may be accessed through Patient Synopsis (Lookup).
Medent Data: View PDFs included in CCDAs
PDFs attached to CCDAs received from Medent will be viewable directly in the patient record.
Additional Historical Data
The process of validating and making data available for more than 16 million patients is complex and ongoing. At this time, historical data from January 1, 2024, to present is available. Because data validation and ingestion will continue on an ongoing basis, we do not yet have an estimated completion timeline or additional details to share.
