is the Clinical Director and Co-Owner of Psychological HealthCare, PLLC. Psychological HealthCare is a multidisciplinary group practice offering a wide range of therapies and counseling helping children, adults, and families achieve wellness and overcome problems. Fish has been a member of the HealtheConnections Board since 2014.
is the Commissioner of Health for the Onondaga County Health Department. The mission of the Onondaga County Health Department is to protect and improve the health of all Onondaga County residents, and supports numerous programs and services designed to help achieve this mission. Gupta joined the HealtheConnections Board in January 2016.
is President and CEO of HealtheConnections, the regional health information organization (RHIO) covering 26 counties of New York State. During Hack’s tenure, HealtheConnections has expanded its mission and services to provide unbiased, neutral health information exchange (HIE) services, population health improvement services, and value-based care solutions in the Central, Southern Tier, and Hudson Valley regions of New York. Hack joined the Health Advancement Collaborative of Central New York to launch HealtheConnections in 2010.

is Board Vice Chairman for Crouse Hospital. A recognized leader in providing best in patient care, promoting community health, and creating a dynamic work environment, Crouse Hospital serves the population of Central New York. Kronenberg is a longtime member of the HealtheConnections board.
is CMO of Crouse Hospital. A recognized leader in providing best in patient care, promoting community health, and creating a dynamic work environment, Crouse Hospital serves the population of Central New York. Kronenberg joined the HealtheConnections board in January 2016.
is the Executive Director of Seven Valleys Health Coalition, Inc. (SVHC). SVHC is a coalition of providers and interested individuals, who play an active role in promoting effective, efficient, and accessible health and human services to constituents in the service area. Leaf has served on the HealtheConnections Board since 2013.
is Chairman Emeritus of C&S Companies. C&S Companies provides client-focused engineering, architecture, planning, environmental, and construction services. MacMurray is a longtime member of the HealtheConnections Board.
is President of Mohawk Glen Urgent Care PLLC, which provides immediate, non-life-threatening healthcare services to the Rome, NY area. Maldonado is also the former President of the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY). Maldonado has served on the HealtheConnections Board since 2013.
Rebecca Bubel, RPh is President of Kinney Drugs, a regional pharmacy chain with 98 locations in NY and VT. Kinney Drugs is an employee-owned company dedicated to being a leading provider of pharmacy services and personalized care in the communities they serve.
is the Executive Vice President/Chief Medical Officer at United Health Services Hospitals. He is accountable to the CEO and Board for the organization and conduct of the medical staff including: medical staff credentials and privilege determination, quality assurance/improvement, clinical resource utilization, medical staff development, laboratories and cardio-pulmonary services. He also manages the medical education programs at UHS Hospitals which includes four residency programs and four affiliate residencies. Dr. Davé is actively involved on various community boards and educational institutes.
is a family practitioner at FamilyCare Medical Group (FCMG), Accountable Care Coalition of Syracuse. FCMG is a multispecialty medical group dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care throughout Central New York. Page is a longtime member of the HealtheConnections Board, and is the current Chair.
is the President & CEO-elect of Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. Excellus BCBS finances and delivers health care services across upstate New York and long-term care insurance nationwide. Reed joined the HealtheConnections Board in January 2016.
is the Medical Director of Cayuga Area Physicians Alliance (CAP), a for-profit association of mixed medical staff physicians in Tompkins County. He is also Medical Director & CEO of the Cayuga Medical Center (CMC) Hospitalist Group. CMC is a not-for-profit, acute-care medical center that brings state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment services to the residents of Tompkins, Cortland, Seneca, and Tioga counties. Stallone joined the HealtheConnections Board in January 2016.
is a consultant in clinical informatics who is board certified in Internal Medicine, with over 20 years of clinical experience, and subspecialty board certification in clinical informatics. She has led EMR implementation projects in the ambulatory and inpatient setting from small rural practices to a large academic medical center, as well as working on data warehouse and artificial intelligence projects.
is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in Corneal Transplantation, LASIK and Cataract surgery with CNY Eye Care. In the past, he has served as the President of the Onondaga County Medical Society, Chief of Ophthalmology at Crouse Hospital and the Veterans Administration and is a founding member of Laserview of CNY and the Specialty Surgery Center. Weisenthal has served on the HealtheConnections Board since 2005.
is a partner at Cohen Compagni Beckman Appler & Knoll PLLC (CCBLaw). CCBLaw is a law firm with practice areas in healthcare law, professional license defense, business law, labor and employment law, commercial real estate, litigation, ERISA and employee benefits, and banking law. Wood has served on the HealtheConnections board since 2011.
is the Executive Vice President for practice transformation for Hudson River Healthcare and has been a pediatrician for more than 30 years. He directs a community health center network that serves more than 45,000 patients at 14 sites. Kaye is co-chair of the Pay-for-Performance and Medical Homes Workgroup of the National Association of Community Health Centers. He is the chair of the Clinical Committee of CHCANYS, the community health care association of New York State. He represents the National Association of Community Health Centers on the AQA Alliance. He is currently serving on the technical advisory panel for the Commonwealth Fund's Transforming Safety Net Clinics into Medical Homes project.
