HealtheConnections & HealthlinkNY Merger Update
As you have likely heard, HealthlinkNY and HealtheConnections will be merging into HealtheConnections very soon!
We’ve already onboarded over 500 new users and more trainings are being scheduled every day – at this rate, all current HealthlinkNY users will be joining HealtheConnections before the summertime. All Southern Tier and Hudson Valley data sources are already connected and available for users to access.
North County Health Information Exchange Symposiums
In partnership with Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization, HealtheConnections invites you to gather with your peers, hear from industry leaders, and enjoy lunch while you learn how we can help you securely exchange health information, improve your workflow, and provide great care. This is a FREE event, with morning refreshments and lunch provided. There will be an overview of services, live demonstrations, a panel of local HIE users discussing their personal use cases and how the HIE has integrated into – or greatly improved – their workflows, and answering your questions.

Supporting the State Innovation Model Grant and Regional Oversight Management Committees through Actionable Analytics
Through HealtheConnections’ innovative myData analytics tool, providers receive data that is standardized, codified, deduplicated, and combined with consented community data that lives within the health information exchange. This tool is perfectly aligned to support State Innovation Model (SIM) Grant and Regional Oversight Management Committees (ROMC) through the Qualified Entity (QE) Quality Measurement Pilot.
