Regional health information exchange connects 11 more community hospitals since May 2011 - November 17, 2011
Central New York's health information exchange connects four area hospitals, lab to improve patient care and continues its expansion across CNY - May 2, 2011
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND UPDATES:
- Community General Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Upstate University Hospital, Samaritan Medical Center, Oswego Hospital, River Hospital, Faxton St. Lukes Healthcare, St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Crouse Hospital, Carthage Area Hospital, Edward John Noble Hospital, and Lewis County General Hospital are capturing consent!
- Image Exchange is live for Community General Hospital, Crouse Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Upstate University Hospital, Auburn Memorial Hospital, Cayuga Medical Center, Faxton St. Lukes Healthcare, Oswego Hospital, and St. Elizabeth Medical Center!
- Regional expansion is almost complete - Faxton St. Lukes Healthcare, Oswego Hospital, and St. Elizabeth Medical Center are live with all their feeds to HealtheConnections, with Auburn Memorial Hospital, Cayuga Medical Center, and Cortland Regional Medical Center working on completing their connections.
- The Fort Drum project is currently underway - Carthage Area Hospital, Edward John Noble Hospital, Lewis County General Hospital, River Hospital, and Samaritan Medical Center have been connected, with Northern Radiology, labs, and practices working on their connections to HealtheConnections.
- HealtheConnections is working on connecting the PACS systems for the five Fort Drum hospitals for Image Exchange.
